ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

We partner with reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS, and/or American Express to ensure reliable delivery of your order.

• Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding postal holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Some remote areas, overseas territories, or military addresses may not be serviceable. If delivery is unavailable to your location, we will notify you promptly.

• Orders typically require 1 – 3 business days to be prepared before shipment.
• Processing time may vary depending on your product and the current order volume.

ORDER TRACKING

A tracking email will be sent once your order has shipped. Please allow 1 – 4 business days for the tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

If no tracking information is available, it usually means the carrier hasn’t scanned your parcel yet. Tracking events will appear as soon as it enters their system.

ADDRESS ISSUES

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Here's why it's important:

• If your address is incomplete or incorrect and we detect an issue, we may need to contact you for clarification, which could delay delivery.
• We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Returned packages will be donated and not restocked.
• If an order is returned due to an address error, a re-shipping fee will be required to resend the package.
• If you contact the final-mile carrier to forward or redirect your shipment after it has left our warehouse, we are not liable for any resulting loss or damage.

RETURN POLICY

• Ineligible Returns
• Returns will be declined if:
• The item has been worn, washed, altered, or shows signs of use (unless the defect originated from us).
• Original tags or packaging are missing.
• The issue is due to minor imperfections like loose threads that do not affect product usability.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

To file a return or refund request, follow these steps:

   - Your order number and proof of purchase
   - A photo or unboxing video showing the defect
   - The original shipping label or receipt
   - Any previous email correspondence with our support team
2. Our customer service team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps and the return address.
3. Once we confirm your request, send your item to the address provided and email the tracking number to cs@5to9style.com.

4. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

• Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
• It may take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank or credit card account.
• Refunds include the full purchase amount, including the original shipping fee.

Currently, we only support exchanges after 2 hours from an order has been placed. Please carefully verify:

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Timeframe

• Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of being placed.
• After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be stopped
• A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all approved cancellations.
