SHIPPING FEES
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all destinations, as outlined below:
- United States: $5.99
- United Kingdom: $5.99
- Canada: $6.99
- European Union: $5.99
- Australia & New Zealand: $6.99
- All other regions: $7.99
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
We partner with reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS, and/or American Express to ensure reliable delivery of your order.
- Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding postal holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- Some remote areas, overseas territories, or military addresses may not be serviceable. If delivery is unavailable to your location, we will notify you promptly.
Order Processing Time:
- Orders typically require 1 – 3 business days to be prepared before shipment.
- Processing time may vary depending on your product and the current order volume.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Delivery times are based on the destination.
- Although we strive to provide accurate estimates with our shipping partners, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.
- If your shipment is delayed or encounters issues, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
As mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy, if your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days, you are eligible to request a full refund.

Additional Notes:
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package.
- For personalized items or those requiring adjustments, additional design time may be needed depending on the request’s complexity.
- Some remote regions may take up to 30 days for delivery. If this happens, we will cover the shipping fee for any delays beyond that timeframe.
ORDER TRACKING
A tracking email will be sent once your order has shipped. Please allow 1 – 4 business days for the tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

If no tracking information is available, it usually means the carrier hasn’t scanned your parcel yet. Tracking events will appear as soon as it enters their system.
If your order is overdue, don’t hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.
ADDRESS ISSUES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Here's why it's important:
- If your address is incomplete or incorrect and we detect an issue, we may need to contact you for clarification, which could delay delivery.
- We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Returned packages will be donated and not restocked.
- If an order is returned due to an address error, a re-shipping fee will be required to resend the package.
- If you contact the final-mile carrier to forward or redirect your shipment after it has left our warehouse, we are not liable for any resulting loss or damage.
Please also ensure that your email address is accurate and active, as shipping updates will be sent to that email. Failure to receive these may lead to avoidable delays.
