RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, under the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date. Returns outside of this window will not be accepted.

- You received an item that is damaged or broken upon delivery.
- You received the wrong item, or an item with the incorrect design, size, or material.
- The item does not match the product description shown on our website.
- Ineligible Returns
- Returns will be declined if:
- The item has been worn, washed, altered, or shows signs of use (unless the defect originated from us).
- Original tags or packaging are missing.
- The issue is due to minor imperfections like loose threads that do not affect product usability.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND
To file a return or refund request, follow these steps:

- Your order number and proof of purchase
- A photo or unboxing video showing the defect
- The original shipping label or receipt
- Any previous email correspondence with our support team - Our customer service team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps and the return address.
- Once we confirm your request, send your item to the address provided and email the tracking number to cs@5to9style.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
- Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
- It may take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank or credit card account.
- Refunds include the full purchase amount, including the original shipping fee.

- All transactions are charged in USD.

ORDER EXCHANGE POLICY
Currently, we only support exchanges after 2 hours from an order has been placed. Please carefully verify:
- Product design
- Size
- Quantity
- Address
If you selected the wrong item or size, please contact us soon.
You can cancel and place a new order within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately if you need help.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Timeframe
- Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of being placed.
- After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be stopped
- A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all approved cancellations.
