Cancellation Window

To cancel or adjust your order, please contact our support team via cs@5to9style.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

• If your request is submitted within the 2-hour window:
  You are eligible for a 100% full refund with no cancellation fee.
• If your request is sent after the 2-hour timeframe:
  The order may already be in processing or production. In this case, a 10% order processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Order Adjustments

Adjustments to your order (such as changes in design, size, or address) may incur additional fees, depending on the type and scope of the modification.

Cancellation Confirmation & Refund Processing

• Our Customer Service Team will review and confirm your request within 8 to 12 hours after receiving your email.
• Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
