5To9Style is a lifestyle apparel brand inspired by yoga, wellness, and individuality. We create comfortable, fun, and meaningful pieces for your practice—from 5 to 9 and beyond.
2. Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. All items are made to order using water-based inks and on-demand production, minimizing waste and overstock.
Orders & Payments
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order is likely already in production. Email us at cs@5to9style.com as soon as possible.
4. Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter to get 15% off your first order and stay updated on exclusive sales and product drops.
5. Do you have a rewards or referral program?
We’re working on it! Follow us on social media or subscribe to the newsletter to get notified when it launches.
Shipping Information
6. Where do you ship from?
We ship from multiple fulfillment centers in the United States, Mexico, and Europe, depending on your location and the product.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to over 100 countries worldwide.
8. How long does shipping take?
- Processing time: 1–3 business days

- UK, EU: 4 - 8 business days
- Canada, Australia: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
9. How much does shipping cost?
- Free shipping on orders over $99
- Orders under $99: Shipping calculated at checkout based on your location
10. Will I be charged customs or import duties?
International orders may incur customs or import taxes, which are not included in your order total. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
11. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you haven’t received it within 5 business days, please contact us.
12. My order says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
First, check your mailbox, doorstep, and neighbors. If still missing, contact us at cs@5to9style.com and we’ll help resolve it.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
13. Can I return or exchange my order?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or size exchanges for wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
14. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or full refund.
15. What if I ordered the wrong size?
We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering. Since items are made on demand, we only offer free change for first order, we cannot offer exchanges for size issues then.
16. Do you refund lost or delayed orders?
Yes. If your package is lost or delayed more than 25 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
17. How do I start a return or claim?
Email cs@5to9style.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours.
Sizing & Gifting
18. How do I choose the right size?
Every product page includes a size chart. Please measure and compare before ordering. Most apparel is unisex fit, so checking the chart helps avoid sizing issues.
19. Can I send a gift?
Absolutely! We don’t include pricing info in packages, and you can ship directly to your recipient.
