📦 Order Tracking Instructions
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system.
If you haven’t received your tracking email after 5 days, don’t forget to check your Spam or Promotions folder.

⚠️ Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before shipping. Tracking will usually be available 3–5 days after purchase.
🛬 Delivery Information
Your order may be delivered by your local post office or courier service, depending on your location. Most deliveries will arrive as standard mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your local carrier may leave a pickup notice with further instructions.
📄 Customs Delays
For international orders, local customs authorities may require additional documentation or time to process the shipment, which could delay delivery. This is beyond our control.
📧 Shipping Confirmation & Updates
After placing your order:
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email.
- Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
Please note: Shipping confirmation does not mean the carrier (USPS, DHL, etc.) has picked up your package yet. For real-time updates, refer to the carrier's tracking portal.
Allow 3–5 business days after placing your order for tracking to be updated with valid shipping status.
❓My Tracking Shows "Delivered" but I Haven’t Received Anything
If your tracking status says “Delivered”, but you haven’t received your package:
- Double-check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or your local post office.
- In some cases, packages may be left in a mailbox, parcel locker, or with a front desk/reception.
If the package still cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. While we’re happy to assist, 5to9style.com is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.
We ship from multiple warehouses across the globe to optimize delivery times.
🌍 International Orders & Customs
We proudly ship worldwide! All prices on our website are listed in USD.
Please note:
- Customs duties, VAT, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s import laws.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your purchase price.
- Customs delays are out of our control; please contact your local customs office for more information.

To request an order cancellation or change, contact us immediately at:
- Orders are processed quickly. Once they are packed or shipped, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
