C. Submitting a Counter-Notice (If You Believe the Content Was Wrongfully Removed)
If you believe that content was removed by mistake or misidentification, and that you have the legal right to post it (such as under fair use), you may file a counter-notification with the following:
- Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error.
